SHARKS

The Sharks have chosen to start a slew of Springboks against Ulster at Kings Park on Saturday in the United Rugby Championship (URC).

Thomas du Toit will captain a team that includes Ox Nche, Bongi Mbonambi, Siya Kolisi, and Makazole Mapimpi, all of whom came off the bench in the Sharks’ 40-12 win over Glasgow Warriors last weekend.

The halfback pairing of Jaden Hendrikse and Boeta Chamberlain will remain.

Saturday’s game begins at 16:05 p.m.

Aphelele Fassi (15), Werner Kok (14), Marnus Potgieter (13), Ben Tapuai (12), Makazole Mapimpi (11). Boeta Chamberlain, 10 Jaden Hendrikse, 9 Buthelezi, Phepsi, 6 Siya Kolisi, 5 Hyron Andrews, 4 Eben Etzebeth, 3 Thomas du Toit (captain), 2 Bongi Mbonambi, 1 Ox Nche

16 Kerron van Vuuren, 17 Ntuthuko Mchunu, 18 Carlu Sadie, 19 Reniel Hugo, 20 James Venter, 21 Sikhumbuzo Notshe, 22 Cameron Wright, and 23 Anthony Volmink are the substitutes.
